{"id":225,"date":"2017-08-19T09:53:35","date_gmt":"2017-08-19T15:53:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eagleseniorcenter.com\/?page_id=225"},"modified":"2022-03-14T15:39:15","modified_gmt":"2022-03-14T21:39:15","slug":"hall-rental","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/eagleseniorcenter.com\/?page_id=225","title":{"rendered":"Hall Rental"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Main Hall<\/p>\n<p>Game Room<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Conditions guiding the use of the Eagle Senior and Community Center (known hereafter as the Center) are as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>An application for reservation of the facility must be completed before the day of usage.<\/li>\n<li>All arrangements must be made during facility business hours &#8211; Tuesday or Thursday, 10 a.m. &#8211; 3 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>The time schedule requested must allow for rehearsal, set-up and clean-up.<\/li>\n<li>It is understood that the Center will furnish space but assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Personal property placed in the Center by the renter or guests<\/li>\n<li>Injury to persons which may occur at a meeting or an activity in the Center<\/li>\n<li>The Center does not have nor will accept responsibility for any programs or activities held in the Center. The fact that a group is permitted to rent the facility does not in any way constitute an endorsement of the group&#8217;s policies or beliefs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Equipment must not be moved from one room to another unless previously arranged with the Center<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Center and renter will give 48 hours cancellation notice. If the renter fails to give the 48-hour notice, the deposit fee will not be refunded.
